Contest Rules
- THE PEAK’s Band Of The Day contest for Fall 2025 (hereinafter: the “Contest”) is scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. There is no predetermined end day. The Contest may, without notice, end early or be extended at the contest organizer’s sole decision.
- This Contest is only open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada and who have reached the age of majority. A contestant under nineteen (19) years of age or older must have a parent or guardian who is at least nineteen (19) years of age or older to claim any prize.
- The contest entry period is every weekday (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
- The Prize: The daily prize is $500.00 CAD which will come in the form of a cheque.
- For the chance to win, you must listen for The Band Of The Day on 102.7 THE PEAK and when you hear that band play, go to the free 102.7 THE PEAK App or www.thepeak.fm and enter that band’s name when you hear them play.
- Each time a listener hears The Band Of The Day and enters them online is one entry.
- The Band Of The Day will change each day and you can only find out the band by listening. The bands will not be posted online anywhere.
- One (1) random entrant will be selected every weekday (Monday to Friday), announced on-air and posted on the corresponding “Contest” page of THE PEAK App and thepeak.fm.
- Entries are reset each weekday once the winner has been selected.
- Winners will only be awarded their prize once eligibility is confirmed. Winners will need to claim their prize from the 102.7 THE PEAK Office in Vancouver by appointment within 2 weeks of winning. Cheques cannot be mailed out.
- If you win THE PEAK’s Band Of The Day during the Fall 2025 contest period, you are not eligible to win Band Of The Day again during this contest period. However, you will be eligible to win other contests hosted by 102.7 THE PEAK.
- In addition to these Contest rules, Pattison Media’s general Contest Rules also apply.
- All decisions of the Contest Organizers or those of their representatives regarding this Contest are final and binding.
