On February 7, 2019, event goers will experience the physics, chemistry and biology behind cocktails at over 25 beverage stations offering uniquely crafted libations from award-winning bartenders. Guests will also enjoy mouth-watering food pairings prepared by locally renowned restaurants and caterers, science activities, hands-on demos and Science World programming.
All proceeds from Science of Cocktails support the Class Field Trip Bursary Program, allowing over 8000 kids from underserved schools to visit the geodesic dome in the next school year by covering their entry and school bus fee.
Entering its fourth year, Science of Cocktails has raised a total of $666,000 for this program and aims to add another $275,000 to that number with this year’s event.
