Carnaval del Sol

Carnaval del Sol is the biggest (hybrid) Latin American Festival in the Pacific Northwest! Including The Festival August 12-15 and the Latin American Hybrid Experience Aug 20-28.

Carnaval del Sol will happen as a petite but amazing outdoor festival this summer from August 12th to 15th, kickstarting with a Latinx Pride Day on August 12th, and hosting the following days at the Concord Pacific Place, an amazing selection of delicious Latin American food, ice cold local and Mexican beer, and outstanding artists, along with incredible activities for the whole family from 10 am to 10 pm.

The celebration will continue from August 20th to 28th with the Latin American Experience, a series of limited-capacity live events and hybrid workshops in The Vancouver Playhouse and Performance Works, and with the exciting second season of Carnaval del Sol: Across the Americas, with shorter and more dynamic episodes that will be released on Latincouver Channel on YouTube and Carnaval del Sol’s Instagram from August 16th to 20th, as part of the Latin American Hybrid Experience.
