Harkening back to early LCD Soundsystem, Madeon brings an energetic clash of electropop, dance-punk, and alternative, culminating in a song that you can’t help but want to move to. There’s a certain nostalgia about ‘Hi!’ that conjures mental images of Y2K chrome and early 2000s Apple ads, while still bringing a modern edge that feels distinctly 2025.
