Watch science and booze mix! Sample scientific drinks from over 35 beverage stations. Bartender Trevor Kallies stopped by THE PEAK and I got to taste a twist on an Espresso Martini. Instead of going in a regular shaker he put it in a Nitro Charged WHIPPER!
Usually a C02 cartridge would be used to charge this whipper, in this case he used Nitrous Oxide. This gave the martini a similar presentation to a properly poured Guinness or a Nitro Cold Brew.
