The lead single off her upcoming album, Lost Weekend, it’s your PEAK Song of the Week – “Lost Boys” by Phoebe Bridgers.
Six years after her last release, the monumental Punisher, Phoebe comes back with a theatrical flair. Donned in whimsical ren fair garb, Phoebe dreamily laments her way through charming a gas station cashier while singing about lost boys who “never grow up, never go home”, all before walking into a Runescape sunset.
All of this plays out over warm and expansive production, with contributions from the likes of Jack Antonoff, Alex G, Nate Walcott, and fellow boygenius members Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus.
The full Lost Weekend drops on August 14th. Followed up by her extremely sold-out Lost Tour, which stops in Vancouver on October 24th Rogers Arena.
