From dive bar beginnings to sold-out shows at Vancouver’s historic Hollywood Theatre, Uncle Strut have carved out a place in the Canadian indie scene with energetic, raw live performances and thoughtful, introspective songwriting.
In 2025, the band released their debut album ‘Home At Last’, with standout singles “7:30”, “Love”, “Waiting For You”, and “Natalie”, earning comparisons to acts like Spacey Jane and Ocean Alley.
Following multiple tours throughout 2025, including a supporting run with Canadian indie heavyweights Hotel Mira, Uncle Strut returned to the studio to begin work on their sophomore album. Their latest release, “Call My Name”, captures the band’s vibrant energy and kaleidoscopic style, reinforcing why both their recordings and live shows continue to be unmissable.
