Once entranced, like a snake that’s been charmed, frontman Cameron Winter professes, “Baby, let me wash your feet forever. Baby, you can stay at my house forever and ever.” That captivation has a bite that quickly sours. Some snakes may be charmed, but his is not. “You can make the cobras dance, but not me.” The dichotomized lyrics are all set against an upbeat, jangling tune reminiscent of Milky Chance meets Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.
